Paggo's AR system automated billing for real estate transactions, calculating charges and sending invoices, but it wasn't enough.
Buyers were left confused by complex financial details like taxes, interest rates, early-payment discounts, and fluctuating totals. This overwhelmed customer support teams and left users frustrated during what should be an exciting moment: buying a home.
At the same time, a valuable opportunity was being missed: the emotional high of homeownership wasn’t being leveraged to offer relevant upsells, like apartment customizations. Paggo had offered the foundation, but the property developer still lacked the experience needed to evolve from just functional to truly customer-centric.

When I joined Paggo, the company had a simple logo that lacked the premium, refined feel the team was aiming for, and it also suffered from spacing and alignment issues. Still, the original logo held sentimental value for the founding team. The rebrand was designed as an evolution, not a replacement: a thoughtful tribute that preserved the original symbol within a more elevated, modern identity.
